Where Will You Go When You Die?

We've decided to include here this audio message by Evangelist & Missionary Michael Thurmond, which discusses true salvation, a concept lost on the "modern" church and on many who profess Christianity but whose lives paint a different picture. Unfortunately, a perpetual torment in a lake of fire awaits those who—though they may worship—do not worship in truth. God's word is truth, and to not live according to that truth is to not live Godly in Christ Jesus, which is to reject Him. Every person lives according to a belief, whether we realize it or not; the most important thing in life is to make sure our belief aligns with God's absolute truth.

The Motivation
Mark 8:34-38
34 And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. 35 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it. 36 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? 37 Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? 38 Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels. |
Matthew 7:13-14
13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Matthew 7:21-23
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. |
The Means
Matthew 7:13-27 "...A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them..."
Luke 13:3: "I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish." |
Your personal walk with Jesus Christ begins by simply asking him: Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I deserve to go to Hell, but I believe that you died to take away my sin. I now want to turn away from that sin to live a life in you. Please come into my heart and save me. I am trusting you to take me to Heaven when I die and help me to live my life for you. Thank you for saving me. In Jesus' name, Amen If you believe in the above words and have honestly spoken them aloud, asking Jesus to come into your heart and truly desiring to turn away from all sin to follow Him, will you let us know, by emailing us at the email link or through the form submission below? We would like to pray for you as you embark on your new life and answer any questions you may have. |
The Measure
We would like to do everything we can to help you begin your new life in Christ, if you have chosen this path. If you have any questions and are looking for direction on what to do next, please feel free to contact us. If you are still undecided and there is anything we can do to provide you with more information, please also let us know. The Bible says a wise man will consider the cost before building, and everyone seeking salvation should recognize what is really required, being confident in that knowledge before the investment. There are many beliefs out there, so it is all the more critical that each of us are confident that the choices we make are absolutely founded on God's word and not some opinions about His word.
